Neurospirituality & Integrative Culture

In all three NRI tracks, you will learn how to leverage the neuroscience of spirituality — neurospirituality — to foster integrative cultures: within yourself, within the people you serve, and within the communities and organizations you inhabit.

In Track C, fostering integrative culture means bringing the Enneagram’s wisdom about the three centers to bear on groups, communities, and organizations — grounded in the neuroscience that makes the model legible across every professional and institutional context. Type fixations are not only individual patterns. They become cultural patterns. NRI equips you to see that clearly and intervene at the root.

Explain the neuroscience of the centers — with precision that holds in clinical, organizational, and academic rooms.
Credentialize your Enneagram work — open doors with organizations and clients who need neuroscience to trust the model.
Conduct a Center-Based Neural Assessment — complement type identification with neuroscience.
Apply the NRI Spiral as a growth map — onto type-specific growth edges, dynamic and non-formulaic.
Practice liberation-centered Enneagram — coach from a wholeness framework that honors all bodies.

The Hybrid Pathway

Track C stands alone — and it is designed to pair.

Track C + Track A (Enneagram & Spiritual Formation): for Enneagram practitioners who also serve as spiritual directors or faith leaders. A deeply natural pairing.
Track C + Track B (Enneagram & Organizational Leadership): for Enneagram coaches and facilitators working with teams and organizations.

Hybrid completion requires all three modules of each track in sequence. Confirm scheduling at your Opening Session.

The Programme — 30 Hours · 3 Modules · Self-Paced within 6 Months

Module 01 — Interactive Study (12 Hours)

Three 1:1 sessions with Dr. Kendrick tailored to your Enneagram background, client population, and practice context. Texts: Your Three Brains · Neuro-Relational Spirituality™ · Relational Worldview (Cross, 1998).

Module 02 — Immersive Facilitated Integration (7+ Hours)

A full-day workshop, fully customized to your Enneagram practice. Dr. Kendrick maps NRI onto your Enneagram work. Core practices: Center-Based Neural Assessment · Heart Coherence Ritual · Somatic Presence Tracking · NRI Spiral as Enneagram Growth Map · God-Image & Type Assessment.

Module 03 — Supervised Integration (11 Hours)

Apply NRI in your actual Enneagram sessions with actual clients. Four supervised sessions. Culminates in a Capstone Case Study covering three client examples across the three center types and your Final Certification Conversation.
